Work Schedule: 6:00AM 3:00Pm Monday to Friday
Work Setup: Will be working onsite in Makati Office during probationary period
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- This position is looking for a proactive individual who has a passion for customer service and will adapt at working as part of a team in an ever-changing work environment.
- Understand and process Contracts and Leases by way of creating, terminating and maintaining the contract throughout its lifecycle using supporting documentation.
- Identify contract type and conditions and translate into Contract Admin Modeller (CAM) and Fiscal systems adhering to customer expectations and compliance.
- Working with internal and external parties to ensure the customer's requirements are captured and actioned in accordance with FXA policies and procedures
- Respond to all internal and external queries in a clear and professional manner and maintain a customer centric approach to all activities.
- Understand and process Amendment requests, ensuring best policy in accordance with client's policies and procedures
- Identify exceptions/potential risks and propose a solution with management.
- Gathers/reconciles information required for contract consolidation and agrees consolidation timetable with all relevant departments
- Monitors daily installation reports regularly for new installations to be added to consolidated contract
- Reviews and reconcile exception items appearing on clearing accounts.
- Review and validate pre-invoicing and post invoicing outputs/updates for accuracy.
- Audit automatically created contracts for integrity/consistency e.g. pricing tolerance
- Promotes a culture of continuous process improvement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a practical understanding of finance and leasing principles
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude as well as working independently
- Adept at multi-tasking and working under high pressure situations

- Be system and procedure oriented
- Previous experience in an invoicing role
- At least 2 years experience in a related field
- Previous experience working in a dynamic customer service/sales support environment
- Demonstrate investigative skills to identify and communicate new contract impact on existing contracts.
- Experience in finance and leasing environment preferred
