This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Contract Administrator:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Contract Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our corporate and commercial contracts. You will be the glue between our Legal, Sales, and Finance teams, ensuring that all agreements-from NDAs to master service agreements-are drafted, reviewed, executed, and archived with precision.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Own the intake, tracking, and filing of all legal agreements using our CLM platform.
Drafting & Review: Prepare initial drafts and perform first-level reviews of standard agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and amendments based on approved templates.
Cross-Functional Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Internal Stakeholders (Finance, Deal Management, Procurement) teams regarding contract status and internal approval processes.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all executed contracts follow corporate policy and signature authority guidelines assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Database Management: Maintain an organized, digital repository of all historical and active contracts, ensuring key metadata (expiration dates, renewal terms, etc.) is accurate and actionable.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the contracting workflow and suggest automation or template updates to increase efficiency.
Projects. Be a key player in company projects aiming at improving efficiency and compliance.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
3-5 years of legal experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a paralegal role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Writing Skills
Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in Microsoft Word (redlining) and experience with CLM software (e.g., Ironclad, Conga, or DocuSign CLM).
Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for catch-and-correct errors in complex legal documents.
Business Ethics. Takes pride in working with a team and making a difference.
Communication: Ability to explain legal processes clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Night Shift: Willing to work on night shift (US Hours).
Hybrid Setup: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
