About the Role
A leading Australian residential construction business is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support their custom home projects. This fully remote role allows you to work from the Philippines while handling contracts for quality, energy-efficient homes across Australia.

What You'll Do
- Prepare, issue, and manage building contracts and supporting documentation
- Review tender and contract documents for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate variations, amendments, and updates to contracts
- Liaise with internal teams (estimating, drafting, construction) to clarify contract terms
- Ensure contracts comply with Australian building regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle
What You Need
- Proven experience in Australian residential building contracts
- Knowledge of key contract types and standards:
- HIA (Housing Industry Association) contracts
- MBA (Master Builders Association) contracts
- Understanding of contract terms including variations, progress payments, warranties, and statutory compliance under the National Construction Code
- Familiarity with building legislation for states such as Queensland, NSW, and Victoria
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across teams
