Job Title: CI Manager – Automation Lead

Responsible for leading internal automaton initiatives in partnership with Delivery team. The goal is to reduce/ eliminate highly manual transactional steps that can be automate thru simple macro or Power platform tools that will provide efficiency gained with Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with CI Lead and Operations team to identify, design, develop and deploy simple and medium complexities automation initiatives that will drive efficiency benefit
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document process requirement and ensure that automation solutions meet the Operations requirements
  • Create project plan, proposals, cost benefit analysis and risk planning for all automation projects
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for all internal deployed automation projects

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related field
  • At least 2 years experience on basic RPA solution such as Power Automate, Power App and other Power Platform tools
  • Good understanding of RPA concept and Process Design Documents (PDD)
  • Coding experience in Phyton, SQL (data analytics) VBA, VB Net
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Power Apps and Sharepoint
  • Experience on translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions
  • Experience with automated development, continuous integration, testing and release tools
