What You'll Do
- Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning to completion, delivering measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.
- Oversees process studies and drives the effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering (IE), and other CI methodologies.
- Partners with business units to identify high-impact improvement opportunities, review project proposals, and validate analyses and recommendations.
- Sets team goals aligned with company objectives while providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for CI Specialists.
- Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensures compliance with HR policies, labor standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Represents the department in cross-functional initiatives, committees, and company-wide engagement activities.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- 4–6 years in Process Improvement or Industrial Engineering, with project leadership experience.
- BS Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or equivalent project management tools.
