You own the delivery of high-volume, copy-led marketing activity, primarily focused on executing repetitive and time-intensive email campaigns that drive core commercial results. Your work requires intense focus on accuracy and consistency, as you will spend a significant portion of your week writing, refining, and quality-checking high-priority communications under tight, immovable deadlines.

This is not a purely creative or conceptual role. You operate within defined SEO frameworks and campaign schedules, ensuring every piece of contentfrom blog posts to social media updatesis structured for search optimization and audience engagement. YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2+ years of proven copywriting experience across email, website, and marketing content.
• Experience working in Recruitment, Agency, or Professional Services environments.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush), Google Analytics, and the confident use of AI to iterate content.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt tone of voice for distinct audiences (clients vs. candidates) and optimize content for search intent.
• Ability to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, maintain a 6:30 AM3:30 PM schedule, and manage high-volume, repetitive workflows without loss of quality.

You own the Top Talent email pipeline, ensuring the company's primary commercial engine runs with absolute precision and zero errors.

• Write end-to-end email campaigns adapted by sector and audience.
• Execute multi-day refinement and quality-check cycles for every send.
• Analyze email metrics to implement structural changes for CTR improvement.

SEO & Content Optimization

You drive inbound growth by ensuring all digital content is technically sound and optimized for search visibility.

• Write and update website and blog content using SEO best practices.
• Apply keyword research and search intent data to content structures.
• Utilize SEO reporting tools to audit and improve existing web pages.

Marketing Operations & Support

You maintain the administrative integrity of the marketing department through rigorous QA and task management.

• Execute first-pass QA and proofreading for all team communications.
• Manage the marketing inbox and update project trackers daily.
• Draft formal proposals, award submissions, and social media copy.
