The Content Writer & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing high-quality content across digital channels, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can work independently, and understands both storytelling and performance marketing.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Write engaging content for blog articles (SEO-optimized), email campaigns and newsletters, case studies and whitepapers, press releases and thought leadership content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Assist the marketing team on the development and execution of content calendar.
  • Ensure content reflects brand voice and positioning.
  • Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and schedule posts using tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Engage with followers and manage online community interactions.
  • Monitor trends and suggest timely content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams.
  • Support product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in content writing and/or social media management (preferably in tech or startup environment).
  • Strong English writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Familiary with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies.
  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, fintech or startup ecosystem is a plus.
