Summary
We're a B2B SaaS company (swag, gifting, and employee recognition for tech companies) scaling our presence on LinkedIn. You'll own LinkedIn execution end-to-end, writing, supporting engagement workflows, and helping us grow the network. The strategy is already in place; we need someone dedicated who can execute consistently and capture multiple voices.
Content
- Ghostwriting posts based on brainstormed ideas and our existing blog content
- Repurposing blogs into LinkedIn Articles
- Sourcing customer stories and trend signals from CSM call transcripts and Slack channels
Editorial operations:
- Maintaining the editorial calendar in Notion (collaborating with our Marketing Manager and Copywriter)
- Weekly performance recaps
- Monthly competitor LinkedIn audit
- Flagging top content for repurposing into our blog
Engagement support (daily):
- Building target lists of ICP profiles for our Copywriter
- Drafting suggested replies on our posts and comments on ICP profiles for our Copywriter to review and post
- Monitoring mentions and triaging inbound DMs for our sales team
You're a fit if you have
- Experience writing LinkedIn content for B2B clients (not coaches or B2C influencers)
- A portfolio of LinkedIn posts
- Ability to write in multiple voices for the same company
- Experience supporting organic LinkedIn network growth
- Excellent written English for a US audience
- Bonus: SaaS, HR Tech, or marketing tech experience + understanding of how AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode) cite LinkedIn content
- Bonus: Familiarity with Taplio, Buffer, or similar LinkedIn-specific scheduling tools
