Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for a Content Strategist and Multimedia Creator. The role involves planning and executing content strategies that support brand awareness, product education, and sales across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing content calendars, creating written and visual content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, and coordinating with product and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Multimedia Creator will produce photos, short-form videos, and graphics that highlight product features, usage tips, and brand stories. The role also includes monitoring content performance, optimizing materials based on analytics and feedback, and maintaining brand voice and visual identity in all communications.
Qualifications

• Content Strategy and Content Development skills to plan and create cohesive campaigns across platforms.
• Content Management experience to organize, schedule, and update materials in digital channels and content libraries.
• Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for websites, social media, and marketing assets.
• Ability to create and edit multimedia content (images, short videos, basic graphics) using common creative tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and basic content analytics.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in or experience with beauty, skincare, or wellness products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
