Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and drivenContent Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and digital trends, with a strong understanding of what resonates on social media. This role involves brainstorming fresh content ideas, developing scripts for video production, and conducting market research to keep our campaigns relevant and engaging. Experience in the casino or gaming industry is a strong advantage, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and pitch content ideas for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with marketing goals working closely with Social Media Specialist.
• Write compelling scripts for short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia formats
• Collaborate with production teams during content shoots and video editing
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategies
• Support campaign development with creative storytelling and audience engagement tactics
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms
• Track content performance and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar role
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic understanding of video production processes
• Experience in the casino or gaming industry is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with scriptwriting tools- can write in both English and Tagalog
• Good grammar and spelling
• Ability to turn data insights into engaging content
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
