Content Specialist

Responsibilities

1, Content Ideation & Planning

o Proactively propose content ideas related to Tongits and the GameZone brand

o Participate in product, tournament, and social content creation

o Think from the player's perspective: why they watch, engage, and share

2, Content Execution & Collaboration

o Participate in scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production

o Work closely with editors, designers, and external partners

o Take ownership of content results, not just task completion

3, Learning & Optimization

o Review content performance and user feedback

o Continuously improve understanding of Tongits gameplay and content trends

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant content experience (flexible for strong candidates)
• Familiar with Tongits and experience creating quality related content (key requirement)
• Basic creative judgment and content sensibility
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to experiment
• Strong communication and execution skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in card games, gaming, or entertainment content
• Scriptwriting or short-form video experience
• Social media content background
