Shift: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

As a Content Specialist at our organization, you will serve as a linchpin in our content ecosystem, embodying the brand voice and executing data-driven strategies to amplify our message. Utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools and analytics, you will create compelling, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience and furthers our promotional efforts. Your role will extend from crafting engaging narratives and informational content to overseeing the user experience (UX) and content architecture, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Leverage artificial intelligence tools to research, generate, and optimize a diverse array of content forms, such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
  • SEO and Promotional Alignment: Implement advanced SEO strategies in content creation, focusing on maximizing organic reach and aligning with promotional campaigns.
  • Brand Voice Management: Uphold and evolve the brand voice and tone across all platforms and content types.
  • UX-Integrated Content: Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to craft content that enhances user experience and fits seamlessly into the content architecture.
  • Strategic Content Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with business objectives, promotional strategies, and customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Analytics and Reporting: Utilize AI analytics tools like Google Analytics to track content performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Strategically distribute content through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships, to maximize promotional impact.
  • Quality Assurance and Consistency: Proofread and edit content, ensuring quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to align content efforts with organizational goals.
  • Industry Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt content and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with an adeptness in encapsulating the brand voice and promotional messaging.
  • AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI tools for content research, creation, and optimization.
  • SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of advanced SEO techniques, particularly as they align with promotional activities.
  • UX Acumen: Strong understanding of UX principles and their application in content architecture and strategy.
  • Analytical Prowess: GA4 Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 is a must, including setting up tracking, creating custom reports, analyzing real-time data, and deriving actionable insights to inform content strategy
  • Promotional Flair: Demonstrable experience in crafting content that effectively supports and enhances promotional campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS like WordPress and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, strategy, and promotion, preferably in a role that involved AI and data analytics.
