Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Program Manager to lead the day-to-day planning, coordination, and governance of enterprise content operations.

This role sits at the center of content creation, workflows, and campaign execution—ensuring projects stay on track, teams remain aligned, and deliverables meet brand, compliance, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating content leads, specialists, creative teams, vendors, and campaign partners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals and requirements

Planning & Workflow Management

  • Manage intake and prioritization of work
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation
  • Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
  • Lead meetings such as daily check-ins, milestone reviews, and approval cycles

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce content standards, templates, and quality checks
  • Ensure content meets accessibility, brand, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records

Executive Reporting

  • Prepare status updates and reports for leadership, including risks, progress, and key metrics
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership presentations

Resource, Vendor & Budget Support

  • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors
  • Support resource planning, scope of work (SOW), and budget tracking
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support the use of AI tools to streamline content creation and quality checks

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in program or project management (marketing or content operations preferred)
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with content tools (CMS, DAM) and creative production workflows
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (RACI, SLAs, Agile, stage-gate processes)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI tracking and dashboards
  • Experience using AI tools in marketing or content workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus
