Scope
The resources would support BAU website content management across Crown Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, including:
- Content updates and amendments.
- New page creation using existing templates and components.
- Landing page, offer and campaign content updates.
- Workfront request management and stakeholder communication relating to content delivery.
- Menu updates (only short term until automated)
- Opening hours updates.
- Content removals and archiving.
- Content QA
Resource Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing website content within an enterprise CMS. Role level - Digital Content Specialist
- Strong CMS experience, ideally Kentico.
- Experience managing content across large, multi-site websites.
- Experience working within SLA-driven environments and high-volume workloads.
- Workfront experience desirable.
- Strong QA, staging and publishing experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO, and digital content best practices.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to work onsite and AU shift in Quezon City
Coverage
- Coverage across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth business hours.
- Ability to support urgent and business-critical content requests when required.
