Your role
As a
Content Operations Assistant, you will:
- Identify and source the most competitive offers, deals, freebies, and competitions from a defined list of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) brands across six key markets for listing on the website, app, and consumer groups
- Regularly review and update live offers to ensure accuracy, availability, and relevance for users
- Collaborate with the wider team during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, festive season) to source and publish high-impact deals that drive user engagement and retention
- Support ad hoc projects such as Gift Card initiatives and the expansion of consumer groups
What You Need:Non-negotiables:- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy
- Confident written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with good working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Genuine passion for online shopping, retail trends, and finding the best deals and discounts - a natural deal hunter.
- Previous experience working with a CMS or similar content management tools is a plus
