Job Summary
Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the organization's data assets to provide business users with high-quality data that is easily accessible
- Manages and maintains content for the following entities: Attorney and Law Firm, Judge and Judicial Branch, Geography, Expert Witness and Corporate Affiliations
- Maintains new and existing entity data which includes troubleshooting company problems, responding to customer feedback, performing telephonic query as necessary, online research.
- Creates new, modifies existing and merges/de-dupes records and additional data entry tasks.
- Runs special projects, as needed, in support of electronic and print product customers or vendor activity.
- Complete work related to legacy technologies and systems (e.g., Company Indexing, SuperTool, NES, etc.).
- Ensures the quality of data through responding to quality assurance reports and providing support to the resolution process.
- Resolves data inconsistencies, proofreads, and corrects products for editorial style, grammar, and content.
- Runs special projects, as needed, in support of electronic and print product customers or vendor activity.
- Places calls to public relations and corporate contacts to gather relevant data that cannot be found through other research methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–2 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
