You make sure everything ships. Every video, post, and clip across the brands moves through your hands from brief to published — on schedule, every week. Then you pull the numbers and tell us what actually happened.
Nothing stalls on your watch. And nothing goes out that we can't learn from.
Compensation:
- Competitive Monthly Retainer
- Base: $1,800-$2,200 / month(paid as an independent contractor)
Who's This For:
- You get real satisfaction from a clean, on-time board
- You notice when something's late before anyone tells you
- You like numbers and you can explain what they mean in plain words
- You chase people down in a friendly manner
- You'd rather own a system than sit in meetings about one
- You want your work judged by what shipped, not hours logged
Our Core Values:
We hold every decision, and every hire, against these. If it doesn't fit, it isn't us.
- Build It, Don't Deck It — We ship working things. Nobody here gets paid for a document.
- Taste Is a Skill — Knowing good from almost-good is trainable, testable, and non-negotiable here.
- Test, Don't Guess — Every opinion is a thesis until the numbers come back.
- Human Where It Counts — We automate the process. We never automate the creative.
What We Offer:
- 100% Remote(you just need high speed internet)
- Real ownership of the pipeline
- Direct access to the founders. No layers, no middle management
- We build the tooling. Trackers, dashboards, and automation are our job, not yours
- A team of specialists. You coordinate a real strategist, a real writer, a real editor, a real videographer
- Room to grow as the media team scales
Media Engine:
EverScale is an operational consulting firm. We build the functions founder-led companies never got around to building — then staff them, document them, and hand them over.
We're doing that to ourselves right now, with media.
Agencies charge a huge fee per brand for exactly this team, and mark it up. We're building it in-house instead — a real pipeline from research to concept to script to shoot to edit to publish to performance, and back into research. If you've ever wanted to build the machine instead of feeding one, this is that job.
Responsibilities:
- Move every piece of content through the pipeline on schedule
- Chase whatever's stuck, before it becomes a problem
- Publish across every platform, for all brands
- Pull the numbers weekly and write what they mean
- Run the strategist's tests clean and report the truth
- Live by our core values
The Role:
Two halves. You run the pipeline, and you close the loop on performance.
- Own the pipeline. Every piece of content has a life cycle — brief, script, shoot, edit, review, publish. You track all of it and know exactly where each piece sits.
- Own the schedule. You know what's shipping this week and what's late, before anyone asks. If something's stuck, you've already moved on it.
- Own publishing. Posting and scheduling across every platform, for all brands. Right format, right caption, right time, every time.
- Own performance. Pull the numbers weekly. Not a dashboard dump — a short, honest report on what performed and your read on why.
- Protect the tests. Our strategist sets a thesis for every batch. You run it clean. If a test goes out wrong or the comparison isn't fair, the result is worthless — so you guard the setup as hard as you guard the calendar.
- Close the loop. Your report goes to the strategist and shapes what we make next. What you find becomes the next round of content.
What you don't own: deciding what we make, writing copy or scripts, editing. We have specialists for all of it. You'll have opinions and we want to hear them — but strategy comes from the strategist and the founders.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent English.
- Real work experience in content operations, social media, or media project management. Agency or in-house team. You've done this, not studied it.
- Hands-on publishing across at least three platforms. You've done the posting, not managed someone who did.
- You understand distribution. You know how each platform pushes content and which numbers actually matter on each one.
- Comfortable with analytics. Look at a set of posts, spot the pattern, say it in plain language.
- You can spot a bad test. A post that went out wrong, a comparison that isn't fair, a result that's really just timing.
- Proof you kept a team on schedule. Show us the system you used.
- Bonus Skill: You've run multiple brands at once, or you can handle quick thumbnail and edit fixes yourself.
We move fast, the standard is high, and we're looking for one right person. If that's you, apply.
