Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Content Operations Manager to support a fast-growing educational and entrepreneurial platform. This role combines content execution, copywriting, scheduling, email marketing, and operational coordination across social media and community platforms. This is not a traditional content role; we are looking for someone who understands founder voice, conversion psychology, and fast-paced execution.

Role Details

  • Location: Work From Home (Remote)
  • Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
  • Shift: To be determined, following the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) zone
  • Monthly Salary: PHP 25,000–40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain the full content calendar and publishing workflow.
  • Write high-converting captions, carousel copy, hooks, CTAs, email campaigns, and launch copy in the founder's voice.
  • Study and deeply understand the founder's tone, communication style, and audience psychology.
  • Create emotionally intelligent copy that feels natural, human, and conversion-focused rather than robotic or overly corporate.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on Reel hooks, storytelling direction, and on-screen text.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, email, and community platforms.
  • Review weekly analytics to identify high-performing content patterns, engagement trends, and conversion opportunities.
  • Support funnel copy, lead magnet campaigns, launches, newsletters, and community activations.
  • Maintain organized workflows, deadlines, approvals, and content operations systems.
  • Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and next steps without needing constant direction.
  • Support the overall growth, positioning, and execution of the founder's personal brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of copywriting experience for a personal brand, founder, or coach.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of short-form social copy, email campaigns, or funnel copy with measurable results.
  • Proven ability to write in a distinct founder voice (ghostwriting samples required).
  • Strong understanding of conversion copy fundamentals including hooks, CTAs, open loops, and engagement triggers.
  • Experience managing a content calendar and publishing across social and email platforms independently.
  • Proficiency with at least one scheduling or CRM tool such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Later, Buffer, Metricool, or an equivalent platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio and founder-style writing samples are required.
