SimplerQMS provides an Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) that helps life science companies improve efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Our mission is simple: make quality management easier, so life science companies can focus on innovation and growth.

We are expanding globally and looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote, international team.

About the Role

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing high-impact content that supports our marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

You will work closely with subject-matter experts, product marketing, and commercial teams to translate technical topics into clear, compelling, and customer-focused content.

Your work will directly impact brand visibility, lead generation, and the education of our target audience across Europe, North America, and APAC.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Repurposing (Core Focus)

  • Create high-quality B2B content tailored to different stages of the customer journey, with a strong emphasis on middle-of-the-funnel (MoFu) assets.
  • Repurpose existing long-form content (e.g. blog articles, guides, webinars, presentations) into:
  • Whitepapers, lead magnets and guides
  • Sales and marketing material
  • Short videos
  • Webinars, and presentation outlines
  • Email sequences and campaign assets
  • Social media supporting documents
  • Ensure all content is clear, structured, and aligned with the needs of regulated life science audiences.

Lead Magnet & Campaign Support

  • Develop content that supports demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to create assets that support campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Adapt messaging and formats to different buyer personas (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, Executive stakeholders).

Content Quality, Consistency & Compliance

  • Translate technical input from subject-matter experts (SMEs) into accurate, customer-focused content that is easy to understand.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SimplerQMS's brand voice, positioning, and communication guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality, clarity, and consistency across all assets, particularly important in a regulated industry context.

Content Planning & Collaboration

  • Own and manage assigned content deliverables from concept to final asset.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders, including SMEs, product marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Manage timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule.

Content Optimization & Reuse

  • Review and improve existing content assets to keep them relevant, accurate, and aligned with current messaging and product positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse and extend content across formats and channels to maximize impact.

Qualifications

Required

  • 35 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or digital marketing
  • Experience in a B2B environment - preferably SaaS or technology.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex topics simply, especially in long-form content formats.
  • Ability to gather, process, and translate technical information from SMEs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Basic design skills (Canva and/or Figma).

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or similar) to understand content performance.
  • Experience with email marketing tools.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent)
  • Understanding of quality management or compliance-driven environments.
