About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management, accuracy, and governance of our content repository. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment and can support enterprise-level content workflows, including AI‑enabled processes, compliance requirements, and cross‑functional coordination.
You will partner closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure content is organized, accessible, and optimized for business needs and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Operations & Repository Management
- Manage daily operations of the content repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, version integrity, and compliance.
- Execute content development and maintenance workflows, including version control, metadata tagging, and structured documentation.
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI-driven tools to streamline content creation, updates, and quality checks.
Cross‑Functional Support & Workflow Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of content for launches and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor content usage, engagement, and performance metrics; identify opportunities for operational improvements and process efficiencies.
Governance & Compliance
- Assist in content governance activities such as audits, taxonomy updates, and adherence to content standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-quality records and ensure consistent execution of content lifecycle management best practices.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, content strategy, or a related discipline.
- Strong familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) tools, and AI-enabled content workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information management, or a related field.

Work Arrangement
- Willing to work on US Shift Schedule (between 8PM-5AM PHL Time)
