Content Growth Operations (Philippines Region)

Responsibilities:

1.Execute regional operations in the Philippines, identifying local trending topics and content preferences to collaborate with the team in defining content strategies and sourcing plans, driving growth for high-quality creators and content.

2.Manage recruitment, communication, and maintenance of local creators. Utilize content mining, campaigns, and amplification to guide creators effectively, increasing the supply and distribution of premium content.

3.Oversee community topic operations, identifying and amplifying potential trending subjects to efficiently boost the presence of local trends, hotspots, and relevant events on the platform.

4.Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, promptly optimizing operational strategies.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with an understanding of the Philippine market and culture. Prior experience in video content/creator/campaign operations is preferred.

2.Proficient in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills.

3.Deep understanding of Philippine UGC video and film/TV verticals, along with some local network/resources.

4.Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
