The Beauty Grail is the first online education marketplace designed specifically for hairdressers, makeup artists, and beauty professionals. We're looking for a talented Content Editor & Creative Content Producer based in the Philippines to help bring our online education & social media content to life.
This is a remote, flexible role working directly with our founder to shape long-form education videos, ebooks, social media content, and high-impact creative assets.
What You'll Do
Long-Form Education Content
- Edit long-form online education videos into polished, high-quality lessons
- Enhance pacing, storytelling, and clarity to elevate the learning experience
- Organise raw footage and structure content into modules, chapters, and cohesive learning flows
Ebooks & Digital Education Assets
- Assist in transforming raw scripts, transcripts, and training materials into beautifully designed ebooks and downloadable resources
- Format and present content in a clean, professional, educational style
- Support layout, structure, and visual consistency across all materials
Social Media Content Creation
- Create scroll-stopping, beautifully designed Instagram carousels that convert
- Repurpose long education videos into short social snippets for Instagram (currently) & TikTok (future).
- Develop branded visuals, captions, and content ideas to support marketing and educator promotions
Video Editing (Light Podcast-Focused)
- Edit short podcast-style video clips for social promotion (no full podcast management required)
- Clean up audio, refine sequencing, and ensure polished, professional output
Content Systems & Support
- Maintain organised content libraries and simple content management tasks
- Collaborate on improving overall content quality, visual identity, and brand consistency
- Bring creative ideas to help elevate the look, feel, and impact of our educational ecosystem
Skills & Experience
- Strong video editing experience (CapCut, Instagram EDITS, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience designing social content (Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools)
- Ability to create aesthetic, modern, high-engagement carousels
- Experience formatting ebooks or digital guides is a major advantage
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and educational content structure
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and meet deadlines
- Strong English communication skills
- Bonus: Experience working with creators, educators, or online course platforms
