ECCI and APEX Global are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Development Executive to join our remote team. If you enjoy researching, writing, and designing learning materials that help professionals grow, this opportunity is for you!

Work closely with our CEO, instructional designers, international clients, and subject matter experts to create engaging training modules for working professionals.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content development is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply!
• Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Interest or background in instructional design and training development.
• Familiarity with the ADDIE model and content development tools is an advantage.
• An analytical, organized, and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new subject areas and continuously improve.

What You'll Do

• Research industry topics and develop high-quality training modules.
• Design learning activities and materials for instructor-led training (ILT) and e-learning.
• Collaborate with international clients to understand their training needs.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop technical training content.
• Create learning aids such as quick reference cards, posters, and guides.
• Support training delivery and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify content gaps and recommend new learning solutions.
