Job Description
The Content Development and Management Officer is responsible for the execution, coordination, and operational delivery of content, training materials, and digital platform activities of the organization, in accordance with approved plans, standards, and directives.
The role exists to ensure that academic, marketing, institutional, and training-related content is developed, organized, delivered, and maintained with accuracy, consistency, and quality. The CDM Officer supports organizationwide and public trainings, coordinates with outsourced talents, and manages content-level updates across official digital platforms.
This position is execution-focused and does not include authority for strategic decisions, content approvals, training approvals, or contractual commitments. All actions are carried out within established governance structures, under the supervision of the CDM Head, and in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
Included in Scope
The Content Development and Management Officer performs operational responsibilities across the full scope of the CDM unit, including:
• Execution support for academic, marketing, and institutional content development
• Coordination and execution support for organization-wide and public trainings approved by Executive Management or Growth & Partnership
• Day-to-day coordination and monitoring of outsourced talents (trainers, speakers, designers, writers, technical support)
• Management of content-level updates on websites and official digital platforms
• Content and training support for company events, partnerships, and institutional initiatives
• Implementation of content quality control, version management, and archiving procedures
• Preparation and organization of training materials, learning kits, and content packages
• Operational assignment to any organization-related tasks or roles as required
