ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our educational content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in data management, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and will have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include managing the Version Control Register, ensuring alignment between published schedules and the content on the Learning Management System (LMS), verifying documentation consistency, and creating AI-driven presentations. This role demands a proactive individual who is eager to learn new software and technologies to enhance content delivery and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Version Control Management: Maintain and update the Version Control Register, ensuring it aligns with published schedules and the content on the LMS.
  • Data Verification: Regularly check and confirm that the content on the LMS matches the published documentation versions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data management and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
  • Content Review and Updates: Continuously review and update educational materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Learning New Software: Show willingness and aptitude to learn and implement new software solutions, particularly for AI-driven content creation and management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and meets quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educational staff and IT department to address content-related needs and queries.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise records of all content updates and versions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience in a content administration or similar role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and presentation software is a plus.
