Job Title:
Content Development Officer (e-Learning, Learning Services)
Job Description:
The
Content Development Officer will be responsible for the creation and
conversion of new and existing training materials to eLearning modules and gamifications using
existing authoring tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to template
specifications
- Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration
- Ensure courses meet branding standards for format and eLearning experience
- Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively
- Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and
accuracy
- Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely
- Collaborate with program POCs and discuss innovative ways to present learning
modules
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Must be familiar with any eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360
- Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications
- Good knowledge of adult learning principles, bloom's taxonomy, and kirkpatrick's level of
evaluation
- Strong knowledge with digital design, audio and video editing is also an
advantage
- Strong experience in developing course materials, learning objectives, roadmap, and
detailed instructions
- Must be familiar with BPO setup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player with time management skills
- Must be willing to work on-site and at home
- Must be amenable to work on graveyard shifts
