Job Description:
- Implement agreed objectives within target timetable and budget.
- · Conducts internal quality assurance of team members outputs. Ensures at most two iterations in the QA process.
- · Ensures that all projects are completed on time.
- · Suggests innovations to the existing product line and at least two are implemented.
- · Presents organized and well-written reports necessary for higher level decision making. Goes through a maximum of two report revisions. Submits reports on time.
- · Formulates and implements improvement of internal system processes.
- · Acts on concerns related to productivity, discipline, and quality within a reasonable period or at most three working days.
- · Ensures productivity of all team members at any given time.
- · Provides guidance, motivation and direction to team members.
- · Ensures the efficient use of company resources through proper budgeting and control.
- · Formulates a professional development program for his/her team members and at least 85% of approved programs is implemented.
- · Manages work, time budget and materials well to consistently meet objectives.
- · Prepares and submits required assignments and/or reports within set deadline.
- · Customer Focus – goes the extra mile to anticipate, meet and exceed customer needs.
- · Sharing – generously shares knowledge, resources to help others
- · Social Responsibility – supports corporate social responsibility program and advocates advancement of IT education and copyright laws.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mathematics, Engineering, or any related course
- With experience in teaching Mathematics in the K–12 level
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and curriculum standards
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
