Job Description

About the Role:

Empower is a strategic initiative to modernize the company's operations by enabling staff to develop secure, efficient digital solutions on

approved platforms, under clear governance. The program aims to build a digitally fluent workforce, streamline processes, and establish

a foundation for scalable, AI-enabled innovation.

The ACM Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and disseminating engaging content to support change

management, training, and adoption activities.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities

Content Development

Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content (e.g., newsletters, FAQs, guides, infographics, videos) to support

change management and training activities.

Develop success stories, case studies, and spotlight features showcasing Empower@ADB achievements and best practices.

Knowledge Management

Curate and update knowledge materials, training resources, and documentation for staff and citizen developers.

Maintain content repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Citizen Dev Hub) ensuring accessibility and relevance.

Communication Support

Collaborate with the ACM Change Manager and Facilitators to design and execute communication campaigns.

Prepare and distribute regular updates on Empower@ADB progress, milestones, and upcoming activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

Gather feedback from staff and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

Support engagement activities such as webinars, workshops, and community forums.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor content performance and adoption metrics.

Recommend and implement improvements to content strategy and delivery.

Reporting

Assist in preparing reports on content engagement, feedback, and impact.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or

related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, communications, or knowledge management.

Experience supporting change management or digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.

Technical Knowledge

Proficiency in content development for digital platforms (written, visual, and multimedia).

Understanding of change management principles and digital adoption strategies.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) is an advantage.

Knowledge of knowledge management and documentation best practices.

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and storytelling ability.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Tools / Software

Content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and others).

Collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Survey and feedback tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey).

Documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Certification

Certifications in content creation, digital communications, or knowledge management preferred.

Certifications in change management or digital transformation an advantage.
