Content & Creator Manager - Beauty & Skincare

GMEELAN is a company specializing in innovative solutions and services in the beauty industry.

We’re looking for a Content & Creator Manager role to join our team at our Philippine-based office.

• Salary range: 30K–55K Philippine Pesos
• Additional Benefits: Monthly incentive & transportation allowance
• Work setting: Onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Office address: The Orient Square 1600 Exchange Rd, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:

1. Persona Development & Content Operations

• Develop and refine a relatable, authentic creator persona that resonates with target audiences by drawing from personal traits, experiences, or unique skills;
• Lead the end-to-end content creation process — including topic ideation, scriptwriting, filming direction, editing feedback, and publishing coordination — to ensure consistent and high-quality output.

2. Fan Engagement & Traffic Growth

• Build a genuine, friend-like connection with audiences through meaningful comment interactions and community engagement;
• Proactively leverage platform algorithms by identifying and riding viral trends, participating in relevant conversations, and engaging in comment sections of trending content to increase visibility and encourage organic growth.

3. Performance Review & Account Optimization

• Conduct regular data analysis on performance indicators (e.g., views, engagement rate, follower growth) to evaluate content effectiveness and audience response;
• Continuously optimize the creator persona, scripts, and content formats based on performance insights, with the goal of driving authentic engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal);
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer coordination, or brand marketing;
• Strong attention to detail in content quality, aesthetics, and storytelling;
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC trends in beauty;
• Ability to work with creators and provide clear, constructive feedback;
• A fast learner and team player with a creative mindset and strong sense of ownership;
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and community-driven content.
