Who we are:

HOPE, the Philippines first certified B Corp, is an impact organization that has consistently been Best for the World. 100% of its profits are invested in improving public school infrastructure, increasing livelihood opportunities, and enabling efforts that conserve the environment.

Launched in 2012, HOPE's mission was simple: to provide Filipinos with an easy way to vote with their peso about what was important to them. We put Education at the forefront of our movement, building much-needed public school classrooms through the sale of our flagship product, Hope in Bottle.

In 2014, HOPE branched out to livelihood opportunities through agricultural interventions with the overall goal of increasing income for smallholder coconut farmers. As of 2024, we have planted over 2 million coconut seedlings and we look to engage even more smallholder coconut farmers in Mindanao.

Not wanting to solve one problem by contributing to another, HOPE set an audacious goal of becoming the first Philippine brand to offset 100% of its plastic footprint, making sure we walk the talk towards a safer and cleaner planet. In the same year, HOPE also launched Aling Tindera, a waste-to-cash program that aims to divert plastic waste away from nature, provide incremental income to communities, encourage behavior change, and educate the public about responsible plastic waste management.

About the Role:

The Content Creator brings HOPE's work to life through capturing and producing photos, videos, and social media content that highlight communities, partners, and real impact. This role works from concept through to execution via direct engagement in on-ground activities, events, and campaigns, translating real experiences into content aligned with HOPE's mission and brand.

Responsibilities:

Brand Engagement

  • Manage and grow HOPE's community and engagement, creating original content (e.g., short-form videos, photos, graphics) that amplify impact stories and drive engagement.
  • Plan and execute on-site content shoots to capture events, community stories, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Support creative campaigns and collaborations with partners, influencers, and allied organization to expand reach and awareness

Brand Management

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across social media, website, email, and events.
  • Maintaining website content and consistent messaging across all online real estate
  • Track and review key performance metrics to refine content and improve reach.

Events & Activations

  • Support brand-aligned events and activations, including live and post-event content capture.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during events and use insights to improve future engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events reflect the brand's identity and strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to create effective social media content, especially short-form video (portfolio or samples required)
  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, including trends and vertical content formats
  • Willingness to join HOPE events and on-ground activities across locations inside and outside Metro Manila
  • Able to work independently while following brand guidelines and direction
  • Creative, organized, and collaborative, with a genuine interest in impact-driven work
