Position Summary
The Partner Enablement Content Specialist (Content Creation Specialist) is responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of Partner Enablement content at Pax8. This role encompasses a blend of multimedia content development, strategic content framework design, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the global Pax8 partner experience. By crafting insightful and technical content across various platforms, and engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Partner Enablement Content Specialist plays a crucial part in advancing the success rate of our partners.
This role will be based in Makati, Philippines, in a hybrid working environment.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, But Is Not Limited To)
- Create in-depth business, technical, and vendor-focused content, including eLearning courses, videos, and other multimedia, to support the Partner Enablement team's initiatives and ensure all content aligns with strategic objectives and provides value to Pax8 partners.
- Partner with various Pax8 teams and departments to gather insights, stories, and data, utilising this information to develop content that educates Pax8 partners and aligns with company goals.
- Regularly review and update existing content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with Pax8 partner needs, while identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing updates as necessary.

- Work directly with vendors to gather information and develop training content. Represent the company in these conversations to ensure content is impactful and aligned with business growth objectives.

- Proven expertise in content development: Skilled in creating and maintaining multimedia content, including eLearning courses, videos, and technical documentation, to support business growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills: Adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences and ensuring clarity in messaging.
- Strategic problem-solving: Strong ability to analyse challenges, design effective solutions, and align content strategies with organisational goals.
- Detail-oriented project management: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset: Experienced in partnering with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to develop impactful, goal-driven content.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting strategies and workflows to meet evolving business needs.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate and AI tools like Copilot and Synthesia to assist with content development efficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology a strong plus
