Job Summary
We are seeking a Content and Social Media Specialist to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and support public relations and content marketing initiatives focused on the U.S. healthcare recruitment space. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and career support teams and reports to the Global PR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels, primarily X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create high-quality written, visual, and video content
Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars
Research, write, and edit articles for website and owned media
Monitor U.S. industry news and share relevant updates internally
Support content, communications, and marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
At least 3 years of professional writing and content creation experience
Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
Strong research and independent content development skills
Preferred Qualifications
Visual and video content creation experience
Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and labor market
Background in journalism or communications
Work Setup
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday onsite, or Monday WFH, Tuesday to Friday onsite
Hours: 1:00 AM 10:00 AM PHT (negotiable between 11:00 PM 1:00 PM PHT)
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City (Onsite)
