Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Content and Learning Design Officer to manage the end-to-end development of instructional materials for our Class Builder program. This role ensures content quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with DepEd standards, the ARAL Program, and evidence-based assessment tools while supporting team members and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, creation, and quality assurance of lesson plans, slide decks, worksheets, reading materials, and other instructional resources.
- Coordinate content developers, writers, and designers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
- Implement efficient workflows and monitor project progress through tracking systems.
- Conduct quality checks, enforce editorial standards, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Support team development, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Align content and assessments with ARAL Program objectives and national curriculum standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in K12 content development, educational program operations, or remediation.
- Familiarity with the Philippine K12 curriculum, ARAL Program, PPST, and assessment tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and experience mentoring team members preferred.
