Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing Automation Specialist to support the growth of an Australian business.

This is a technical execution role, ideal for someone who is highly capable in content production, WordPress development, and marketing automation. The role is focused on implementation, optimisation, and systems management, not vendor coordination or strategy-only work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor
  • Build and update landing pages, website assets, and marketing content
  • Manage LinkedIn and other social media channels for lead generation and engagement
  • Configure and optimise marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Dripify, Zapier, and similar platforms
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for:

- Content scheduling and publishing

- Lead generation and follow-ups

- Email sequences and basic outreach campaigns

  • Support outbound and inbound lead generation initiatives
  • Create marketing assets including:

- Graphics (Canva or similar tools)

- Videos and presentations

- Email campaigns and marketing collateral

  • Assist with CRM management, data updates, and campaign reporting
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Direct experience supporting Australian clients or businesses
  • Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
  • Strong content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Highly Preferred

  • HubSpot experience (CRM + automation workflows)
  • Zapier or Make (Integromat) automation experience
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows
  • Exposure to Google Ads campaigns
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Video editing skills (short-form or marketing content)
