Content & Creative Specialist (E-Commerce)
We're looking for a Content & Creative Specialist who can bring products to life across major e-commerce platforms.
You'll own how products look and read—from compelling, conversion-focused copy to polished, retail-ready visuals. Your work will directly influence how customers discover, engage, and purchase products across channels like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and more.
If you're part copywriter, part creative strategist, and part detail-obsessed executor—this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that convert
- Create A+ / Enhanced Brand Content for Amazon and similar platforms
- Perform keyword research to improve search ranking and AI visibility
- Transform raw product images into retail-ready visuals (resizing, retouching, compliance)
- Design infographics, feature callouts, lifestyle images, and spec graphics
- Ensure all content meets retailer guidelines, templates, and technical specs
- Deliver clean, organized asset packages via Dropbox or similar tools
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 2+ years in e-commerce content, copywriting, digital merchandising, or design
- Strong written English + persuasive copywriting skills
- Familiarity with SEO / keyword optimization
- High attention to detail—comfortable working within strict specs and templates
- Ability to manage both content creation and visual production workflows
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content or major retail platforms
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite
- Background in consumer goods, furniture, home, or décor categories
- Exposure to AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content workflows
