Job Description

Position Summary

The Content & Creative Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing compelling, high-quality marketing content across written, visual, and multimedia channels. This role fuels Navia's storytelling engine in creating content for sales, thought leadership for marketing, creative assets for campaigns, and key communications for major initiatives such as open enrollment.

The ideal candidate blends strong writing, design expertise, and creative thinking with the ability to use modern digital tools. They are comfortable using AI as a supportive tool while understanding the importance of human creativity, accuracy, and brand integrity in Navia's publishing standards.

Essential Functions

Content Development & Creative Production

  • Design visuals, graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva (social assets, onepagers, infographics, presentations, etc.).
  • Write polished, onbrand content for sales enablement, education, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support internal communications and cross-team content needs.

Thought Leadership Research

  • Research market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging industry topics.
  • Translate insights into blogs, white papers, sales content, and social stories.

Video Creation & Multimedia

  • Produce short-form, educational, or promotional videos using AI-based tools (e.g., Synthesia).
  • Manage scripting, storyboarding, and brand alignment for all video content.

Open Enrollment Support

  • Coordinate webinars (GotoWebinar), participant communications, and email campaigns.
  • Manage schedules, content organization, asset delivery, and team requests.
  • Track engagement and recommend improvements.

Sales & Internal Team Support

  • Produce pitch decks, collateral, case studies, and tools for sales growth.
  • Support Product with go-to-market materials.
  • Partner with Client Services on open enrollment communications.

Light Data Analysis

  • Track performance for content, webinars, and email engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommended next steps to improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Advanced Canva skills
  • Strong writing and content development ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with video tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar)
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing principles
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
