Job Qualification:
1. Onsite / Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing Conversational AI, IVR, and chatbot solutions.
3. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application architecture.
4. Hands-on experience with API design and integration best practices.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to lead technical design discussions and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
