What You'll Do:
- Design and execute formula qualification tests to support product claims.
- Conduct stability and compatibility tests on formulations to ensure shelf life and packaging performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data using appropriate statistical methods.
- Coordinate with Product Development Scientists and other teams to meet testing requirements.
- Prepare clear reports summarizing test results and findings.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support team activities, cross-functional projects, and other ad hoc duties as needed.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in product testing, sensory science, or consumer research; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, organic, analytical, and physical chemistry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
