Finance Philippines Consumer Lending Head is responsible for delivering client's growth ambition and driving innovation within the consumer lending organization in the Philippines enabling credit (credit cards and loans) for 1M people through the key strategic partnerships with lenders and financial institutions.

Overall Responsibility: The main purpose is to significantly contribute to the profitable business growth in Philippines of the Partnerships Business. The ambition is to acquire 300,000 customers in the next 3 years, $100M ANR in 2027.

New Partnerships Business Development: Lead and/or support new business development initiatives for other potential lending partnerships.

Customers: Improve partner and end customer satisfaction by eYectively and managing end-to-end customer touchpoints.

Innovation: Focus on customer/ client driven innovation and be a change agent in fast moving payments and fintech environment.

External / Partnerships: Key liaison for Philippine Co-Lending Partners, ensuring that we continuously remain relevant for our partner banks and they are engaged and aligned to the partnership vision and strategic ambition. Help identify, evaluate and prioritize focus areas for the joint TS and partner teams to pursue. Manage contract compliance and renewals with existing partners.
