Position: Consumer Lending Head

Job Summary
The Consumer Lending Head is responsible for overseeing the Home and Auto Loan businesses of the Consumer Lending Group, from acquisition to booking. The role ensures operational efficiency, profitability, and strict compliance with the Bank's regulatory, credit, and internal policies.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees loan acquisition activities across the countryside market, including branch and unit referrals, end‑buyer programs, corporate accounts, developer tie‑ups, and other acquisition channels.
- Ensures overall business performance, including:
- Achievement of agreed sales and profitability targets
- Operating costs maintained within approved budgets
- Document deficiency rates kept within prescribed limits
- Past‑due ratios maintained at acceptable levels
- No major or recurring issues flagged by internal or external auditors
- Timely encumbrance and annotation of collateral documents within the required TAT
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to address operational issues, client concerns, and cross‑functional requirements.
- Manages administrative and operational matters related to the division.
- Represents the division in corporate and developer events, including client visits, project site inspections, and accreditation activities.
- Recommends improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience within the banking industry
- Preferably with strong experience in consumer lending (home or auto loans)
- Cebu - Home and Auto loans
- Davao - Home loans
- CDO - Home loans
- Pampanga - Home and Auto loans
