Responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role oversees the full analytics lifecycledata collection, analysis, visualization, and storytellingwhile managing a team of analysts and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day partnership management and serve as the main insights consultant to assigned partners/business units.
- Oversee data extraction, validation, and reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with contractual standards.
- Drive insights generation, experimentation design, and post-campaign analysis and provide strategic recommendations to accelerate business performance.
- Supervise and present monthly/quarterly performance decks with clear storytelling and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for experiment execution, issue resolution, and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, IT Management, Business Management, or related field.
- SQL proficiency (required); experience with dashboards/analytics tools is an advantage.
