Responsibilities
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases. Responsibilities: - Own and drive key Cash Loan business metrics in SEA regions such as P&L, user adoption, conversion, approval, losses , OPEX and NPS - Develop and implement optimization strategy to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience by collaboration with internal and external partners - Generate and deliver actionable business insights through monitoring and analyzing business metrics and performance data. Create effective dashboards and reports - Investigate root causes of metric deviances, customer complaints and operational problems. Lead incident management and develop solutions to prevent recurrences - Lead and motivate a team of operational staff including those in disbursements, collections,payments, fraud management, customer service and risk management. - Set KPIs and OKRs for the team based on operational targets. Ensure targets are met through coaching, training and performance management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cash Loan or consumer finance operations. - Proven track record of driving operational metric improvement and reducing costs. - Familiarity with Cash Loan business model and operations processes. - Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills. Detail and result-oriented approach. - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and mentor a team. Preferred Qualification(s): - Focused on continuously enhancing the customer experience through improvements in operations. - Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to achieve goals.
