The Consumer Engagement (CE) New Touch Point (NTP) Lead manages on-ground activations in the NTP channel, including but not limited to B2B engagements, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Casinos, and Expos. This role determines which campaign or brand to activate based on business needs, focusing on Category Education (The Burning Truth), Smoke-Free Products (ZYN or IQOS), or Combustible Cigarettes. Additionally, the NTP Lead is responsible for lead generation and account management of B2B accounts.

Responsibilities Include

Strategy Execution

  • Execute activation plans aligned with overall NTP channel strategy for Category Education, Smoke-Free Products, or Combustible Cigarettes.
  • Coordinate closely with B2B Project Team, External Affairs, CE HQ, and SFP Brand Engagement.

Third-Party Agency Coordination

  • Liaise with local suppliers, vendors, and pre-approved agencies to coordinate activations.
  • Supervise and resolve on-ground concerns during activations.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong business relationships with engaged accounts.
  • Identify and pursue potential leads for engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track operational KPIs for activations and document learnings.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Supervisor for continuous improvement.

Team Support

  • Share feedback and activation updates with the Supervisor.
  • Participate in collaborative sessions and team syncs to ensure alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • College degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years, preferably with B2B client handling or HORECA channel experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial thinking and effective negotiation skills.
  • Account management expertise.
