The CE Field Executive leads on-ground activations in Modern Trade for both Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Smoke-Free Products (SFP) within a designated region. The role ensures execution excellence, drives business results, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
  • TPA Coordination Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
  • Consumer Insights & Reporting Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
  • Route Planning Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.

Who We're Looking For

You must have a bachelor's degree, with strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritizing and organizational skills, and can lead and support a number of projects with tight deadlines. You must also have the ability to engage in cross-functional projects. Field sales exposure is an advantage, and must have good driving skills and a holder of valid Philippine driver's license.
