Job Description
- Lead consumer engagement strategies tailored to the local market to enhance brand loyalty and emotional connection
- Develop dashboards and insights that track key metrics such as customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, retention, and engagement
- Translate local consumer behavior and purchase patterns into actionable insights that inform marketing and product storytelling
- Design and optimize personalized, multi-channel engagement journeys across digital platforms
- Drive segmentation and lifecycle strategies to deliver relevant, tailored experiences for different consumer profiles
- Lead testing and experimentation to refine messaging, offers, and content effectiveness
- Partner with brand, digital, and CRM teams to align campaigns with consumer insights and local market trends
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase, cross-sell, and long-term customer value
- Ensure consistency and integrity of consumer data across platforms
- Present compelling, insight-led narratives to stakeholders, connecting data to brand and business impact
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in consumer, marketing, or digital analytics within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale customer or transaction data
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) to create visually compelling dashboards and reports
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms, particularly in lifecycle or engagement campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer metrics including lifetime value, retention, conversion, and campaign performance
