Job Description
Project Title:
- This is being charged to Consumer (Cards) Business. Handling of PA and Usage's CCMD Failed and Failed Auth transactions. The tasks require accessing the core system and initiating financial adjustments, which is why we are seeking project hires.
Project Objective:
- Support the growing business of Usage and PA - PayDirect, Paybills, EasyCash, EasyBill, Easy Transfer and Cash Advance to avoid complaints and customer impact.
Project Description:
- To support forecasted revenue growth from PayDirect, PayBills, and PA- EasyCash, EasyTransfer, and EasyBills products, strategic project hires will be onboarded. These hires will enable the business to effectively execute initiatives and achieve targeted financial outcomes which has a target revenue of Php200Mio (projection) for PayDirect/PayBills and Php7.3Bn for total PA (projection)
Project Deliverable:
- Review of CCMD Failed and Failed Auth transactions
- Validation of Failed and Failed Auth transaction vs Finacle and/or PesoNet Return files.
- Manual Reversal of transactions in Tsys
- Manual posting of entries in Finacle
- Updating of Status in CCMD
- Day 2 reconciliation of disbursement
- Posting of manual retail transactions of Tangent merchants
- Monitoring of EasyCash transactions and requesting of MC and monitoring of Delivery to customer
