We are seeking a Business Consultant with strong business consulting experience, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to support strategic business and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires assessing process maturity, identifying opportunities for transformation and optimization, benchmarking against industry best practices, and advising leadership on improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and measurable business outcomes.

What will your job look like

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement sessions to capture current-state processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze business operations and identify inefficiencies, manual interventions, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend practical solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
  • Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis reports, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with business teams and operations teams to validate requirements and process designs.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in telecom business consulting, business analysis, or OSS/BSS transformation.
  • Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes and operating models.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions.
  • Knowledge of telecom functional areas such as CRM, order management, provisioning, billing, assurance, inventory, and trouble ticketing.
  • Ability to document business processes clearly and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting, system integration, or telecom IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to TM Forum frameworks such as eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
  • Experience in telecom digital transformation, process redesign, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, system integration, and service lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting large-scale telecom implementations or modernization programs.
