Job Description

As Director, Consulting & Analytics, you will work with the largest and most complex issuing banks, focusing on enterprise‑level priorities such as growth, profitability, customer engagement, and digital payments strategy.

You Will

  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to client executives, helping define and execute strategies that drive sustainable performance.
  • Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, from problem definition through actionable recommendations.
  • Develop clear, compelling strategic frameworks and executive‑level narratives.
  • Translate complex data into insights that inform portfolio and customer decisions.
  • Partner with internal experts across analytics, product, risk, marketing, and innovation.
  • Support commercial growth by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and contributing to SOWs.
  • Build scalable consulting offerings, toolkits, and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, strengthening capability and impact across the practice.

The Successful Applicant


You Are a Strategic, Analytically Strong Leader With

  • 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent with an advanced degree).
  • Background in management consulting, financial services, or payments.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on ROI and performance impact.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and telling clear, compelling stories.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of banking, card issuing, and payment ecosystems.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity for technology and digital trends, and high personal drive.
