Job Description
As Director, Consulting & Analytics, you will work with the largest and most complex issuing banks, focusing on enterprise‑level priorities such as growth, profitability, customer engagement, and digital payments strategy.
You Will
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to client executives, helping define and execute strategies that drive sustainable performance.
- Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, from problem definition through actionable recommendations.
- Develop clear, compelling strategic frameworks and executive‑level narratives.
- Translate complex data into insights that inform portfolio and customer decisions.
- Partner with internal experts across analytics, product, risk, marketing, and innovation.
- Support commercial growth by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and contributing to SOWs.

The Successful Applicant
You Are a Strategic, Analytically Strong Leader With
- 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent with an advanced degree).
- Background in management consulting, financial services, or payments.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on ROI and performance impact.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and telling clear, compelling stories.
- Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of banking, card issuing, and payment ecosystems.
