- Possess experience recruiting across the SEA region, with an understanding of local markets and talent landscapes.
- Demonstrate the ability to build, manage, and nurture strong candidate and client relationships.

What You'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal hands-on support, contributing directly to revenue generation.
- Partner with established international clients to fill mandates, strengthen relationships, and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow our presence and influence in the region.
