Consultant, OneStream

About the role

As a Consultant, OneStream you will be providing support to AMCO's global customers and will be contributing to a wide range of CPM projects on OneStream or Oracle Platforms You will be engaged in both project and on-going support areas of the business – from being a key resource during the implementation phase, through to go-live, and towards post-implementation support. As part of a high-performing team in Manila, you will be expected to work closely with AMCO colleagues in other parts of the world, and to contribute to solutions design and development on an on-going basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitors Servicedesk regularly and resolves and/or allocates each ticket.
• Provides any help to the development/completion of internal or external projects.
• Understands and executes application lifecycle management best practices for setup & configuration of CPM applications.
• Conducts solution testing and assists with user acceptance testing.
• Conducts user and administrator training.
• Creates and modifies documentation for both implementations and support engagements.
• Engages with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid working relationship for both the CPM team and AMCO.
• Attends to all training programs.
• Sends regular update to Project lead / Team supervisor.
• Provides guidance to Business Analysts by answering their questions or directing them to the right people.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Any CPM (Oracle Hyperion, Cloud EPM, Blackline, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Board Planning, OneStream Etc.) Support or implementation Experience: 1 – 3 years
• BSc/Ba in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and/or any relevant course
• L1 ABC certified/HFMCIS (or any related certification) is a plus
• Experience/familiar with SQL, MS Office, VB, Basic Accounting - nice to have
